Hello Beautiful Soul 💫
Ever wondered how long it’s taken for you to be, well….
…YOU?
Your soul has journeyed long and far – eons or lightyears… or both! It’s understandable that you’d feel the need to take a breather. 😉
On that note, as you’re reading these lines, just bring awareness to your breath. For a moment, just focus on the rise and fall of your chest and abdomen as your lungs expand and contract with each inhale and exhale. Breathing… in and out, as you become more conscious of your physical body.
Isn’t it just wonderful to feel LIFE running through your veins? 😍
Besides your physical self, you also have more subtle “bodies” on the etheric and astral planes too. These unseen parts of yourself relate to energy, desires and emotions, imagination and dreams, and “ordinary” thinking.
On this Earth plane, the level of development of these subtle bodies is what generally differentiates us from that of the mineral, plant and animal kingdoms – whose souls are also developing, each at different stages.
This is really important, because as human beings, we have been gifted with an incredible opportunity. We can learn from our past mistakes, change our minds, and choose again. We are able to do this at a much more faster rate than our fellow siblings, right now in fact.
Right now. This is the moment to make a different choice.
We can also:
- develop, focus and refine our higher mental abilities
- choose to align with our Innermost (“Higher” Selves) and Divine Will
- help play a role in the evolution of the species, as well as help other sentient species to evolve
- learn to create and collaborate with Mother Earth in a reciprocal way, with reverence for Life, and in so doing…
We can make waves across space & time.
This all sounds pretty surreal, and out of this world (where do you think you’re from soul traveller?!), but the really obvious question is…
How can we work as one with our Earth Mother, if we are unable to even get along with others?
On a more subtle level, the real question is… how can we expect to have harmonious relationships with others, when we are at odds within ourselves?
It really all begins with starting to pay attention to our inner world by:
- questioning beliefs, habitual thoughts and behaviours
- transmuting childhood and ancestral conditioning
- releasing those parts of ourselves that operate from a place of fear
- (re)connecting to our hearts
- discovering what really brings us joy
…and ultimately transcending duality to experience life as one.
A fairly significant task, but certainly not impossible.
It’s a remembering process. It’s a healing process.
It starts with you, and it starts with me.
This is our responsibility, to Mother Earth and to each other.
So, with that said, will you join me in taking your next step toward BEING, human? 😉
