During our Soul Coaching sessions, we work with heartSPACE, which is specifically designed to help you to develop greater self-awareness. Yet, the questions that follow will help prepare you for our time together no matter what offering you have chosen.
The purpose of the questions is to help bring to light anything that you’re not consciously aware of that may be holding you back. If you have more time, you might like to meditate on a theme to develop greater self-awareness.
When you’re ready, lets begin…
- Grab your favorite drink and relax in your happy space, with your pen and journal ready.
- Take your time to consider the questions below.
- Notice your initial reaction to any of the questions – what feelings do they evoke? Do some seem easier or more difficult to reflect upon?
- Allow yourself to free associate – pay attention to whatever first comes to mind, and jot down any keywords, memories or themes.
Questions for self-reflection:
- Are there any repeated behaviours, patterns, or situations you find yourself in that you would like to change?
- What are they?
- Do you have any memories that you think about often, or situations that you replay in your mind?
- What are the top 3?
- Do you experience any intense or recurring emotions?
- Which ones?
- Do certain people or situations trigger you?
- Who or what?

- Do you have any challenging relationships?
- Who with?
- What’s the common theme?
- Do you have any unresolved feelings or unfinished business with a person (living or deceased) that you’d like to heal and release?
- What thoughts and beliefs are creating your experience of reality?
- Write any down that you feel may be holding you back.
- How often do you follow through on your soul’s guidance or intuition?
- Do you have any recurring dreams?
- What’s the common theme?
Write down anything that comes to mind, or what you would like to focus on.
Remember to center and connect at least 10 minutes before your booked session. ✨
