Soul Coaching
By learning to respond to Life, we can more effectively clear past pain and suffering, and experience a greater sense of wholeness once more. When our body, heart and mind aligns, an unobstructed channel is created for our soul essence to more clearly express itself. ✨
During our soul coaching sessions, we will use heartSPACE to journey into uncharted territory, where subconscious processes will be brought to light for healing and release.
Soul coaching sessions are available as a package of six (6) x 40 minute sessions. Soul coaching may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on your needs.
An additional Soul Coaching package may be purchased and used on an ad-hoc basis, should you wish to continue our sessions together. Alternatively, you might like to continue with a Soul Awakening package.
Soul Awakening
If you can perceive a new way of being in the world – but you’re not yet clear on what that looks like, or you’re unsure of the route to take – I will be honored to guide you on your soul awakening journey. ✨
Sessions are based on your needs, and we will explore personalized themes with respect to your soul journey, to encourage self-reflection and soul growth. 💚
Soul Awakening sessions are available as a package of three (3) x 40 minute sessions.
Remember to center and connect at least 10 minutes before our booked session together.
