Single or Packaged Sessions and Bookings

• All services provided are payable in advance of your scheduled booking

• Should payment not be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking, your session will be cancelled

• Payments for single sessions and packaged sessions are non-refundable

• If a session cannot be attended, a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required to reschedule

• If cancellation notice within 24 hours of the scheduled session is given, a paid session will be forfeited

• Payments for cancelled, forfeited or missed sessions are non-refundable, please reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance

• Please ensure that you’re ready and setup at least 5 – 10 minutes before the start of your scheduled session. I understand that tech glitches happen, but unfortunately late arrival to a Zoom session will result in a shorter session

• You are more than welcome to reschedule your session, or else gift any unused sessions to a friend or family member

Soul Tribe Memberships

• Before subscribing as a member, please check the session time in your timezone here (adjust the date and time as appropriate)

• You will need to create a user account to receive Zoom meeting details, monthly confirmation of group session dates, community updates, and new post notifications

• Please provide a valid email address that you use regularly, as it will need to be verified before you are able to use your account and access community member benefits (please check your spam folder if you haven’t received the verification email)

• Group sessions for each membership tier are 40 minutes and are held via Zoom at the specified date and time provided each month

• Zoom meetings may be joined direct from a web browser; via the Zoom app on a desktop, laptop or Mac; or via the Zoom app for iOS and Android smart phones – also refer to the “Zoom Sessions / Meetings” section below

• Exclusive content and benefits for each member tier is available immediately after your first payment / subscription start date

• Memberships renew monthly on, or close to, the day of the initial subscription i.e. the 5th of every month if that was the day of the first payment

• Should you wish to upgrade your membership, you will effectively be joining a new tier with a new subscription date

• The previous tier will stop being charged at the end of the billing cycle

• It is recommended that you upgrade membership tiers close to the next billing cycle, as partial refunds for fee differences between membership tiers are not available

• You may downgrade your membership tier at any time, and still have access to the benefits of the current tier until the next billing cycle

• Memberships may be cancelled at any time, from your account page

• Should you wish to cancel your membership, it is recommended that you do so before your next monthly billing cycle

• Cancelling your membership subscription will mean access to exclusive content is revoked immediately

• Promotion codes are only valid for use by current members / active subscriptions, based on the relevant membership tier

• Past memberships are non-refundable

• Please ensure your payment / card details are up to date; any updates can be made in your accounts page

• Should any unforeseen circumstances arise, or as a result of illness, a group session will be rescheduled to an alternate day and time within a month

Digital Products and Downloads

• Payment for digital downloads (PDFs, guided audio journeys etc) are non-refundable

• A link to the digital download will be provided once payment has been received

• Digital products are for personal use only

Zoom Sessions / Meetings

• Zoom meetings may be joined direct from a web browser; via the Zoom app on a desktop, laptop or Mac; or via the Zoom app for iOS and Android smart phones

• All Zoom sessions (Soul Tribe Member group sessions and Coaching Clients) are 40 minutes

• The Zoom session link for Soul Tribe Members and Coaching Clients is not the same i.e. group sessions and individual sessions have different Zoom meeting links

• For Coaching Clients, any missed sessions are non-refundable, and joining a Zoom session late will result in a shorter session time

• For Soul Tribe Members / subscribers, any missed sessions are non-refundable

• If you’re joining a group session, please ensure that you’re ready and setup at least 5 minutes before the start time. I understand that tech glitches happen, but in order to not disturb other participants, the meeting will be closed from joining 5 minutes after the start time

Spiritual or psychic advice, soul coaching, shamanic and remote / distance spiritual or energy healing, inner child healing or soul retrieval, mindfulness meditation, and guided healing journeys is not a substitute for medical intervention nor therapy if needed. Any shamanic healing, distance spiritual or energy healing, inner child healing or guided audio journey does not prevent, cure, nor treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Upon booking a service, joining as a Soul Tribe member, participating in a Zoom meeting, or listening to a guided audio journey offered by Tanya Morgan, you hereby accept that you are responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing; and that you alone are responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions and the results thereof. As such, Tanya Morgan will not be held liable for any decisions, actions or inaction that you take, nor for any direct or indirect result thereof.

It is inferred that by booking any service, joining as a Soul Tribe member, participating in a Zoom meeting, or purchasing and listening to a guided audio journey offered by Tanya Morgan via The Healing Mother Earth website, that you agree to, accept, and understand the above.
